V\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 c\u1ee7a PCE th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng: th\u00e2m h\u1ee5t \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PCE th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch \u0111\u1ed3ng tr\u00f9ng h\u1ee3p <strong>\u0111\u1ea1i \u0111\u01a1n th\u1ec3 polyether<\/strong> (TPEG \/ HPEG \/ EPEG) v\u1edbi <strong>axit acrylic<\/strong>, t\u1ea1o ra polymer c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac l\u01b0\u1ee3c: m\u1ea1ch ch\u00ednh mang nh\u00f3m carboxyl (\u2013COO\u207b), m\u1ea1ch nh\u00e1nh l\u00e0 chu\u1ed7i polyethylene glycol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u01a1 ch\u1ebf ph\u00e2n t\u00e1n r\u1ea5t r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng: nh\u00f3m carboxyl h\u1ea5p ph\u1ee5 l\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t h\u1ea1t xi m\u0103ng v\u00e0 t\u1ea1o l\u1ef1c \u0111\u1ea9y t\u0129nh \u0111i\u1ec7n, c\u00f2n c\u00e1c m\u1ea1ch nh\u00e1nh PEG t\u1ea1o hi\u1ec7u \u1ee9ng c\u1ea3n tr\u1edf kh\u00f4ng gian (steric hindrance), gi\u1eef cho c\u00e1c h\u1ea1t xi m\u0103ng kh\u00f4ng k\u1ebft t\u1ee5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nh\u01b0ng ch\u00ednh c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf n\u00e0y t\u1ea1o ra \u0111i\u1ec3m y\u1ebfu: <strong>to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 nh\u00f3m carboxyl \u0111\u1ec1u &#8220;x\u00e0i h\u1ebft&#8221; ngay t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ea7u<\/strong>. Trong 10\u201320 ph\u00fat \u0111\u1ea7u, ph\u1ea7n l\u1edbn polymer \u0111\u00e3 b\u1ecb h\u1ea5p ph\u1ee5 l\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t h\u1ea1t xi m\u0103ng v\u00e0 l\u00ean c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m th\u1ee7y h\u00f3a m\u1edbi sinh (ettringite, C-S-H). Khi b\u00ea t\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n xa, ho\u1eb7c thi c\u00f4ng trong \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n n\u1eafng n\u00f3ng nh\u01b0 mi\u1ec1n Nam Vi\u1ec7t Nam, l\u01b0\u1ee3ng PCE t\u1ef1 do trong pha l\u1ecfng c\u1ea1n ki\u1ec7t v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 s\u1ee5t t\u1ee5t nhanh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e1ch x\u1eed l\u00fd c\u0169 \u2013 t\u0103ng ph\u1ee5 gia ch\u1eadm \u0111\u00f4ng k\u1ebft \u2013 ch\u1ec9 gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft t\u1ea1m th\u1eddi v\u00e0 d\u1ec5 k\u00e9o theo h\u1ec7 qu\u1ea3: th\u1eddi gian \u0111\u00f4ng k\u1ebft k\u00e9o d\u00e0i qu\u00e1 m\u1ee9c, c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 ban \u0111\u1ea7u gi\u1ea3m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.2. HEA gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 b\u1eb1ng c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf &#8220;th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n ch\u1eadm&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khi \u0111\u01b0a HEA v\u00e0o c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed3ng tr\u00f9ng h\u1ee3p, HEA g\u1eafn v\u00e0o m\u1ea1ch polymer d\u01b0\u1edbi d\u1ea1ng <strong>nh\u00f3m ester<\/strong>. Nh\u00f3m ester n\u00e0y ban \u0111\u1ea7u <strong>kh\u00f4ng mang \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u00edch<\/strong>, ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 n\u00f3 kh\u00f4ng h\u1ea5p ph\u1ee5 l\u00ean h\u1ea1t xi m\u0103ng \u2013 n\u00f3 &#8220;ng\u1ee7 y\u00ean&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ed3 xi m\u0103ng c\u00f3 t\u00ednh ki\u1ec1m m\u1ea1nh (pH ~12,5\u201313). Trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u00f3, c\u00e1c nh\u00f3m ester t\u1eeb HEA <strong>d\u1ea7n b\u1ecb th\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n<\/strong>, gi\u1ea3i ph\u00f3ng ra <strong>nh\u00f3m carboxyl (\u2013COOH) m\u1edbi<\/strong> theo th\u1eddi gian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 l\u00e0 polymer ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t &#8220;kho d\u1ef1 tr\u1eef&#8221;: nh\u00f3m h\u1ea5p ph\u1ee5 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tung ra h\u1ebft m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n m\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nh\u1ea3 d\u1ea7n trong 1\u20133 gi\u1edd, b\u00f9 \u0111\u1eafp \u0111\u00fang v\u00e0o giai \u0111o\u1ea1n PCE t\u1ef1 do b\u1ecb ti\u00eau hao. \u0110\u00e2y ch\u00ednh l\u00e0 nguy\u00ean l\u00fd c\u1ee7a d\u00f2ng <strong>PCE gi\u1eef \u0111\u1ed9 s\u1ee5t \/ PCE nh\u1ea3 ch\u1eadm (slow-release, slump-retaining PCE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ngo\u00e0i ra, nh\u00f3m ester c\u1ed3ng k\u1ec1nh c\u00f2n \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3p th\u00eam hi\u1ec7u \u1ee9ng c\u1ea3n tr\u1edf kh\u00f4ng gian, h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 duy tr\u00ec t\u00ednh c\u00f4ng t\u00e1c c\u1ee7a h\u1ed7n h\u1ee3p.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trong c\u00e1c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u v\u1ec1 PCE lo\u1ea1i EPEG t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p t\u1eeb EPEG \u2013 axit acrylic \u2013 HEA, HEA \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ghi nh\u1eadn l\u00e0 <strong>y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ebfn kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng gi\u1eef \u0111\u1ed9 s\u1ee5t<\/strong> trong s\u1ed1 c\u00e1c th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n monomer nh\u1ecf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.3.
